Twice early this morning and once several weeks prior, I attempted to leave a message for another ZBP user, only to find that the system would not stop recording when the # key was pressed or refused to recognize my menu selection. I cannot be sure what happened to the messages at this point, as the only way to move on was to terminate the call. Thought you'd like to know; and I do really appreciate the work that's gone into building and maintaining this system.
have you tried this with more than one phone? Or, have you logged into other phone systems that require you to enter a selection? I don't mean to sound insulting or anything, but is it possible that the keypad on your phone could be malfunctioning?
